How Booking Works Booking is your formal request to begin the process. It does not automatically confirm a treatment date. Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo and requires careful assessment to protect your skin and ensure the best possible result. Before approval, you must complete the consultation form: https://forms.wix.com/r/7338576834965012970 This allows us to review your skin type, medical history, lifestyle and brow goals to confirm suitability. Mandatory Pre-Draw Consultation 1 hour | £30 (non-refundable, redeemable) This session is included as part of the booking journey and is mandatory. During this appointment we: • Analyse face shape, bone structure and muscle movement • Assess natural brow growth and skin behaviour • Map and pre-draw your new brows in detail • Sketch the structure of your nano hair strokes • Carry out your patch test • Set realistic expectations You will see a visual preview before committing to treatment. While healed results can never be 100% identical to a drawing, detailed measurements and photo references are recorded to ensure consistency. Completing this step removes pressure from treatment day and allows us to focus purely on precision work. Treatment Day 1.5–2 hours We refine your design, confirm pigment choice and perform the Nano-Stroke procedure. Full aftercare guidance is provided. Mandatory 4–8 Week Top-Up Healing varies for every client. A 4–8 week top-up is essential to perfect shape, density and retention. For a limited time, a complimentary third perfecting session is included if genuinely required. This is not necessary for all clients. Investment Full pricing may increase as demand and experience grow. Booking secures the current rate. The £30 consultation fee is redeemable against your full treatment. No face is perfectly symmetrical. Our approach is always natural, balanced and realistic — never heavy or overdone. This is not a quick fix. It is a carefully planned transformation. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for MYFace Beauty Clinic Introduction By booking an appointment with MYFace Beauty Clinic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Booking and Confirmation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Confirmation: Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation and No-Show Policy 72+ Hours Notice: Deposit transferable but non-refundable. 48-72 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 25% cancellation fee. 24-48 Hours Notice: Deposit retained, 75% cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: Full treatment cost (100%) charged. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in treatment being shortened or rescheduled, and full payment is still required. Client Responsibilities Health Disclosure: Clients must inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies. Aftercare: Follow provided aftercare for the best results. Pregnancy/Medical Conditions: Consult your doctor before booking if necessary. Owner’s Right to Cancel or Reschedule We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for emergencies or operational reasons. Deposits will be transferred but non-refundable. Right to Refuse Service We may refuse service for intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to disclose health information. Full payment will still be charged. Payment and Fees Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Direct Charges: By booking, you consent to charges for cancellation or no-show fees. Free Cancellation Card Clients are entitled to one free cancellation per year. The deposit will not be refunded but can be transferred to a new appointment within 60 days. Privacy Your personal data will only be used for booking and treatment purposes. It will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the treatment. You agree to indemnify the clinic, except in cases of negligence. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes.
